Services within the online banking product:

  1. Access to account balances - view your balances and transaction activity on accounts.
  2. One time or reoccurring fund transfers - between First State Bank accounts.
  3. Image transaction items.
  4. Transfers - You can transfer money between your First State Bank accounts.
  5. Download Transactions - You can download transactions in several different file formats including QuickBooks (QBO), Spreadsheet (CSV), Quicken (QFX), Word Processing (TXT) and Open Financial Exchange (OFX).
  6. Regular loan payments - You can transfer money to your First State Bank loan as a regular payment. This is done through the transfer options if both deposit and loan accounts are with us.
  7. Order checks
  8. Management of personal information - Update email address, User ID, password changes, how your items are displayed, etc.  
  9. Secure Messaging - Conversations give you access to a secure message interface so you can correspond with us in an easy and secure way. Contact us when you need information, to make a request, or to simply give us travel information; conversations is at your fingertips.
  10. Electronic Statements - Get your periodic account statements through your online banking instead of in the mail. Just click on the “E-Statements” tab and enroll. You can choose which accounts you wish to enroll. Beginning with your next statement after enrollment you will receive email notifications when your statement has posted to your online banking. The E-Statements are in PDF form and retained for 18 months.
  11. Account Alerts - You can manage alerts for each account from within an account transactions view.  Choose “Manage Alerts” to set up account alerts to receive text messaging, email, or push notifications. Be sure you add an active mobile phone number under your personal information to receive text message alerts.
  12. MyCardRules - myCardRules is an easy-to-use feature of our myMobile Banking App that lets you set card controls, add restrictions and receive transaction alerts for your debit/atm cards. For more information, review our myCardRules page from our security tab.
  13. myPay - is your one stop bill pay service. Access our myPay module by clicking on "Manage Payments" and begin organizing and paying your bills all from one central location. You will have the option of setting a bill up as a single payment or a reoccurring payment. There is no charge for the myPay service, postage, and Bill pay checks! Organizing your bills is so simple you will have more time to do the things you love!

    Extra Features Include:  

     eBill Statements -This feature allows you to receive and pay electronic versions of your paper bills directly from your online banking myPay account. First you have to arrange to receive your eBill from the company you do business with. When that company is set up as a Payee you will see a “Setup eBill” link next to their listing.

     P2P Payments -This feature allows an account holder with online banking the ability to send money to others using only the recipient’s name and email address, financial information, or by check. Some limits will apply.

     Expedited Payments -Expedited payments are delivered faster than standard payments. These payments are subject to a convenience fee that is automatically debited from your account. Payment delivery dates are Monday through Friday only. Not all payees accept rush delivery payments. Rush delivery only appears when available for the payee.

     Gift Pay/Donations -Send donations to charities or gift checks to individuals for special occasions. These payments are draft checks and funds are not withdrawn from the account until the payee cashes the check. Additional fees apply.

     Alerts -Setup and receive helpful emails or text reminders when bills are due.
